    Nice post Joel, I think one of the team trust issues with tracking time is where the data will go and what it will be used for. Team members must completely trust that the data will be used for good, and not to impact individuals, or compare teams. I agree this is a good idea but to get solid data needs to be executed by a mature and trusting team.

      Yes I do agree with it as well. It might be difficult for employees to use it but given the advantages, they should know how it would impact their work. Time tracking softwares are essential for those who are working at home or remotely. Our company uses this tool Time Doctor to effectively track our time and monitor our computer activities.
